Hilton Granny Flat

This two bedroom granny flat in Hilton was built for Silvia’s parents who were moving from Switzerland. The building was configured to make the most of a northerly aspect and has great light saturation. The three metre high ceilings really add to the feeling of spaciousness and the designer kitchen is a real focal point. The large 2.5m wide verandah built under the main roof is a really effective way to increase the living area of a granny flat while keeping within the allowable size.

Kensington Studio Addition

The owners of this classic weatherboard cottage in Kensington needed more space for their teenagers. We converted an old studio into a bedroom, added a bathroom and another bedroom to create a self- contained space which is ideal. While we were at it we built a new undercover parking space with plenty of storage for the owner’s toys as well. This project totally transformed the backyard of this property.

Ellenbrook Granny Flat

This two bedroom granny flat in Ellenbrook is for Michelle’s Mum. She has sold her place which has become too big for her to maintain and built this new granny flat in Ellenbrook. They chose a rendered finish to match with the existing house and the granny flat shares the main alfresco area. Inside it has a separate laundry cupboard and a large kitchen with an oven stack so she doesn’t have to bend to use it.

Carine Granny Flat

The owner of this one bedroom granny flat in Carine made great use of a small space by not trying to squeeze too much into the area. This has resulted in a very usable living area and a large bedroom. We started the build while he was in France preparing to move to Perth. While he was away he stayed up to date with his project using our online project management system to monitor progress, confirm selections and keep track of the financials.
