The owners of this classic weatherboard cottage in Kensington, Perth needed more space for their teenagers. We converted an old studio into a bedroom, added a bathroom and another bedroom to create a self- contained space which is ideal.

While we were at it we built a new undercover parking space with plenty of storage for the owner’s toys as well. This project totally transformed the backyard of this property.
